1. Interpretation
1.1 Except as defined in this Schedule 11 (LAN & Wireless Services), capitalised terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.
1.2 In the event of conflict between this Schedule 11 and the Agreement, this Schedule 11 shall take precedence, and in the event of conflict with a Service Document, Statement of Work or Service Order, the provisions of that Service Document shall take precedence.
1.3 For the purposes of this Schedule 11:
- “LAN Services” means the design, supply, installation, monitoring and/or management of wired local area network infrastructure provided by the Supplier to the Customer.
- “Wireless LAN Services” means the design, supply, installation, monitoring, and/or management of wireless networking infrastructure provided by the Supplier to the Customer.
- “PtP/PtMP Services” means the design, supply, installation and/or management of wireless point-to-point or point-to-multipoint links.
- “Switching Infrastructure” means switches, patching, racks, power supplies and related cabling forming part of the LAN service.
- “AP Infrastructure” means access points, controllers, antennas, cabling, power supplies and related equipment forming part of the Wireless LAN Service.
- “Infrastructure” means collectively the Switching Infrastructure, AP Infrastructure, and PtP/PtMP Infrastructure supplied or managed by the Supplier under this Schedule.
- “RF Environment” means the radio frequency conditions in and around the Customer’s premises which may affect wireless performance.
- “Guest Portal” means a captive portal, guest access, or authentication mechanism delivered by the Supplier or a third-party vendor.
1.4 Scope of Schedule
This Schedule 11 addresses Layer 2 networking products and services, including Switching Infrastructure, Wireless LAN, and point-to-point or point-to-multipoint bridging. It does not extend to Layer 3 services such as routing, firewalls, internet connectivity, WAN optimisation, SD-WAN, or other Layer 3+ functions, which are governed by other Schedules or Service Orders.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 LAN Services
May include, as agreed in a Service Order or Statement of Work:
- (a) design, supply and configuration of Switching Infrastructure, including VLANs, QoS and segmentation;
- (b) monitoring, management, patching and lifecycle maintenance of Switching Infrastructure;
